Viewing Your Quotes
You can view quotes that you submitted and quotes that are work-in-progress from the My Quotes tab.
- Click on the My Quotes tab.
- In the My Quotes table, notice the following:
- You can click on the Solicitation Number in the table to view the latest solicitation package for that solicitation. The link to the solicitation package will always be the latest version of the solicitation and may contain amendments published after you submitted your quote. Once the solicitation is fully awarded, the link to the solicitation package will be removed from the My Quotes table.
- You can click on a column heading in the table to sort the information in the table by that specific information.
- All of the quotes that you have submitted or that you are working on (in progress) are listed.
- In the Last Amended Date column, a date is displayed if a solicitation has been amended.
- In the Solicitation Status column, there are two statuses that you will see:
- Published - You can submit a quote and resubmit quotes until a solicitation is closed.
- Closed - You cannot resubmit a quote on a closed solicitation. If you wish to resubmit a quote on a closed solicitation, you must contact the Contracting Officer who will determine if it is appropriate to put you into negotiations, which will allow you to resubmit a quote.
- In the Response Status column, there are three states of a quote:
- Quote Started - You are working on a submittal, but have not submitted the quote, yet.
- Submitted - You have submitted a quote to the solicitation.
- Revised Quote Started - You have submitted a quote to the solicitation, but also have a resubmittal quote in progress.

- "Under Protest" label - The solicitation information in the My Quotes table will be highlighted in red text to indicate if a solicitation is "under protest." You will be still able to submit/resubmit your quote to open solicitations that are under protest; however, awards for a solicitation under protest will not occur until after the protest is lift. For information about a solicitation under protest, contact the Contracting Officer.
